RESPECT IS NOT A WANT IT IS A NEED
We often see people around us being disrespected and contempted. As if it is a part of daily routine - Wake up in the morning, get ready, go out for work, get disrespected, come back home, cry feel worthless and sleep it off. If a person would go to another person saying I was disrespected, most of the people will react in a way that it is normal, like it is not at all a problem. But that is not the case, once a person is disrespected and is not able to stand up for their-self or anyone else does not stand for them, they become an easy target for other people. Everyone talks about how important it is to take care of our body but not many people talk about our mind. If a person gets physically hurt, people apply medicines, got to doctor, but what about mental bruises? Rarely people go to psychologists as if it is a crime to be mentally disturbed, and even if it is, the people who contempt others to a level that they get disturbed should be considered as criminals not the ones...
